I used Principle Abstract when I purchased my home, and again just recently for my refinance.  Bill was able to very responsive, and able to handle everything above and beyond what was expected.  I would recommend Principle Abstract to anyone purchasing a home or getting a refinance.  He does the right thing, and makes sure all the paperwork is in order and correct. I recently closed on a refinance and I can't express enough gratitude to Bill and Rachel for seeing it through for me. I was in a unusual situation which was particularly challenging as one party was overseas and because of pandemic unable to be stateside. With little hope of success, I became frustrated with not finding anyone who had a solution. Ultimately I read reviews and informed the lender to work with Bill, having e-mailed him barely couple times. I did this, because I came away with a intuition that Bill genuinely does what he does to help his clients. I was absolutely right. From start to finish, it was like having a family member on your side. He showed care and communicated throughout even with parties overseas.
